One phone call to the company could get the info sent to your e-mail. Then you could ask your questions to the company and get the most direct answer possible

I glossed over that comment - you are suggesting I email a request to get the private solicitation? Then follow up with a phone call to talk about it?

I really doubt they will put anything in a private solicitation letter like that bonehead statement they did made a month ago. They didn't count on it being shared.
