Now, minus the millions of debt from the assets and what do you have? Also a lien against all assets by one lender should they default. The positive spin being placed on everything this company PR's is just crazy. Take a look at the chart, past performance,failed products, products that were supposedly to debut in spring, lies by the CEO, reverse split, O/S won't increase, change of plans x10........... I could go on and on. This all to similar to every other OTC stock out there.
