Sorry I have taken so long, I have been extremely busy but I refreshed with both of my sources last night and here's what they had to say. Please be mindful that some of their information is from another party which was close to those bums at AVEW.

Page 1 of 5 - all of the information, as we know, none of the websites and email addresses work. Test out Jay's email address and watch it bounce back. I have already proven that they are not at the location listed on the fake fins.

Page 2 of 5 - Fantastic Pool Services split from AVEW in January, therefore shouldn't they have listed the acquisition as "rescinded"? Austin Premier Pools & Spas went through a name change to New Generation Pools why isn't it listed as such or even listed? Austin Patio & Outdoor Living was not an acquisition, it was formed in 2014. Kustom Fence & Construction has been acquired and is being operated by another company, AVEW was not able to raise the capital to acquire so previous owner moved on to the next interested party. Tarragon Homes is no longer up for acquisition, existing principle rescinded the opportunity and took the initial $20k AVEW gave to began payment for acquisition. Metroplex Commerical Pools, AVEW withdrew opportunity to acquire Metroplex, principle failed to comply on given occasions. Milagro Home and AVEW Real Estate Acquisitions both were not started up, by AVEW.

Page 3 of 5 - AVEW's description of business operations. They have never performed as a landscaping company since acquisition of Countyside never occurred. Countryside acted as an independent operator and in some cases bailed AVEW of out trouble when they could not pay for labor or to complete a job. AVEW is in debt to Countryside for numerous jobs AVEW could not complete due to mishandling of funding. AVEW's marred reputation had some effect on Countryside's ability to do residential business and with Countryside employees. AVEW never performed any land development deals.

Page 4 of 5 - Neal Puckett, Mike Sharp and Rudy Yepez are not directors or control persons for AVEW. AVEW's only remaining principles are, Jose Chavez and Jay Ling.

Page 5 of 5 - Joseph L. Pittera is an SEC attorney, does that make him AVEW's legal counsel? Something is fishy about account/auditor information. Brian Hardin from Lincoln Tax which was also located several doors down from AVEW's prior office, conducted their quarterly auditing, however he was not equipped to do their auditing required for SEC filing.
