Good to see another player found our gem REIT here, Welcome. I don't know why we were taken off the board as mods but it doesn't matter as most folks don't use hub like jugs and I do. Moderating this board is hardly necessary. There will be one big payday per year and the others will be good. I put up the pictures in the ibox for their very strong commercial properties. LADR is misunderstood by many in the market and will be a good parking place earning nice dividends. IHub is not really a haven for REIT investors, but LADR is a good diversification for us MLP energy guys. -pete
