Just like all the other acquisition pr's to dump shares. All lies and bs never happens. Then the excuses why. Fools once again buying shares when it's going to end up at .0001. In 6 years they have delivered on nothing with acquisitions or to grow revenues. I said when pr came out another acquisition that won't happen. Seen it too many times. Still same levels of revenues as it's been for years. Dilution on this scam never ends. With all lies in pr's over the years how is Sec allowing them to still trade? Seen much less in bs pr's get companies halted. If they had halted this after 1st r/s they have saved many more victims with 2nd. Based on just pr's over years it's fraud.
