Judges can not "stall". In fact, they are forbidden from having any communication with a party without both sides attorneys present.

The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are quite clear about how long judges have to make rulings. That time frame has not yet passed on any cases that are waiting for rulings.

And, I'll say to you what I say to everyone who believes that the Judges are "complying with" the Govt. If you believe the courts and the Government are working together, then we CANT win...so why invest in a stock we CANT win at?
