The correct answer to this question is Hedge Funds are not regulated by the SEC as to a minimum PPS requirement, BUT most Hedge Funds Charters dictate a minimum share price of $1.00 - $5.00.

I have confirmed this with a friend of mine who works for a major investment firm and she confirmed that the majority of Wall Street and funds CANNOT purchase shares of Liquidmetal.

Hedge Funds have no PPS requirement to invest in a company.
