Mass dilution? Not if the share price is a lot higher than today.

Why would they want the stock price higher if insiders are doing a stock deal with themselves?

Do they want stock at inflated prices? Do they want to pay more taxes?... See the conundrum? This is why these types of buddy to buddy deals are never in the best interest of the common shareholders... No one is going to squeeze themselves and negotiate a better deal for you. They are going to take all they can because they are writing their own checks... and they have proven to be VERY greedy, right?

Every deal they have done is a serious conflict of interest, which benefits them (see the millions of dollars in stock they have granted themselves) and not the common shareholders.

Ive never seen a scenario like this work out for the common shareholders in my 20 years investing in pennies. I need to see them do at least one deal outside their circle of pump and dump buddies before i take them seriously.
