If 2.1 million is converted at .02 that would be 105 million shares. Like all pink OTC stocks..they are destined to crash after R/S. I wouldn't be deceived into thinking the OS will remain under 1 mil for long. It won't be until next year when the 2.1 mil is converted anyways. So who knows what the share price will be then and what discount will be given as part of the conversion. It's all up to Surber. He controls both companies.
