At least some volume! When they stopped reporting (10Q/10K) in September 2011, they had revenues of 16 Million $ from January till September and 6,45 Million $ cash! Maybe they will start reporting again within some time. For sure, they had business in the last years! They started a very big project in 2011:

And at the moment, there is huge support (financial and taxes) from the Chinese government for all companies, taking care about environmental aspects!
