Due Diligence Provides Information to HyperSolar Investors

In the reports we linked below from Journal Transcript and Green Car Reports you can read about the anticipation for the HyperSolar technology and the impact it could have on the auto industry. Both articles mention the need for HyperSolar to reach a threshold of 1.5 volts needed in their process to convert water, any water, into hydrogen for fuel. In a press release Tuesday (linked below. the company announced it had reached that goal.

The technology being applied by Hypersolar is powered by the sun and splits the water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen leaving behind no waste except water. The technology is much more complex so we linked the company’s Website below where the interested investor can get a more technical aspect.

As you might expect HYSR has not generated any revenue yet and has spent a moderate amount to bring this technology to fruition. The spending will not decrease but may in fact increase as the successful R&D transitions into actual product development. In our view shareholders of HYSR stock will most likely see an exit to a company with deeper pockets to develop this technology into actual product. HyperSolar is a stock that should be purchased and held on to. The milestone they have reached in their technology is vital and saleable.
