Yes, I agree that GRNE balance sheet is going to look great without any liabilities once SAKL debt is gone..
Question is at what pps debt is going to be converted. ..
0.0001 is going to be 0.2 post split. if he uses this pps than he would have to issue only 10.5M of commons and $2.1mln in debt is gone... it would be huge winner for GRNE . .. though I doubt he would convert so high.. @0.02 more reasonable. . 100M issued for SAKL... hmm.. only guessing point right now.. I guess we have to wait and see..
