Carolyn Shiver purchased 220,000,000 shares... In a wishful thinking kind of way, they might already have revenue of some sorts. Maybe striking advertisement deals as we speak.. Those 220M might be locked up for deals, partnerships and so forth. To me this seems like they are starting with clean slates, debt converted in what seems to be Jack Corn wanting out. I think Carolyn Shiver paid off the debt as a part of this deal.... THAT IS A GUESS!!! We have to make some call and do some more DD.

I mean, The NIFL has rolled out a new $100 Billion business strategy so I don't think dumping shares on the market, nor increasing O/S now would be wise or an option... They are aiming for NASDAQ if you ask me! And that by 2017!

I am speculating that the 220M are locked up which leaves a float of 21.7M or less.

I'm canceling my GTC sell order and getting a handful more tomorrow!
