Hard to reconcile the price she paid for those 220,000,000 shares ($.00005) with the price it's at now ($1.00)

On January 4, 2016, Carolyn Shiver purchased 220,000,000 shares at a price of $0.00005 per shares for cash paid to the Company

She paid $11,000 and now those shares are valued at $220,000,000?

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
