First you said he is a researcher....now he is an inventor. OK...it's important to me to know who is running the company. It's not the same a business/sales/marketing guy or a researcher/inventor. Simple as that. It doesn't matter to you, good for you.

One more time, I believe the main purpose of this company is to make money for CEO and early investors (people that own promissory notes). I can type it in capital letters or in bold but I already said it multiple times.

You believe they will have the patent granted in the US....good for you. Have you taken a look to the patent applications?

I've explained my situation in different posts, I won't waste more time typing it again.

What do you see on the company that makes you believe they will succeed? Research team? Management? University recognition? You name it...
