No dilutive mms on ask all retail so how can they be selling ? When company's dilute they usually sell into the bid not the ask i



Over 100 Million shares have traded in the past week yet the PPS is bouncing between .0001 and .0002

Uh why didn't the PPS go past .0002 or even higher than .0004?
