Now this is interesting… In the Subsequent Events section, we see that some of the company's debt has been reassigned to an outfit called V2IP, LLC. Specifically, the debt was reassigned on 12 April 2016 and 13 May 2016.

And yet V2IP, LLC, didn't even exist on those dates. It was formed in Florida on 22 June. Yes, just a few days ago. Its only managing partner is one Dawn Bronson, and its registered agent is Craig Huffman:

Would Dawn be related to well-known toxic funder Ed Bronson? Note that she lives on Fairhills Drive in Ossining, New York. One of Ed's former companies was called Fairhills Capital. Imagining that's just a coinkydink seems a bit of a stretch.
