If you're so sure of this why did you invest?

Why wouldn't they be able to patent in the US? Explain?

I do think they'll demonstrate a commercial model. Remember what is the point of them trying to work? To make a yearly salary? Or to get rich of a buyout. As any inventor, the motivation is for the latter. They're not going to say yeah it's coming in 2016, then repeat and rinse in 2018 etc...at some point the funding will stop if there's no commercial model.

You seem to have a lot of doubt based on doubts that doesn't add up. I try to put myself into their situation and ask hmmm what's my motivation to get rich or do something for the good of the planet. These are real scientist here and so why would they sit around, do nothing and milk the donkey until the milk stops. Makes no sense when they can actually work towards something.
