A few years ago I finally realized the value of long bonds but at the time figured they were at their high price/low interest rates. I cant believe the gain that could have been made since then, exceeding stock returns. I could not imagine rates going lower at the time.
My thought then as now is to wait for the next fed rate CUT to get in. There will need to be a lot of increases untill then.
