‘Plugged’ is all the ministry will say. <-- from the Addax message board, regarding ERHC drilling.

Seems they made the decision to plug, awfully fast. If they were encouraged, wouldn't they have at least performed shut-in or temporary abandonment to allow at least some near-term further study based on the results extracted?
