8-K out and there is a new CEO and BOD Chairman...previous management is all gone... new business will be coming to CRCO, and they will be out of the picture business but it does not say what will happen to the other subsidiary, High Five Entertainmant of CRCO .... no telling what this guy has in mind...but he has some past dealings in the market.
