I myself believe he is still part of the company. but I believe they went thru some hard times do to the fact that he took migranade private. for a long time we waited for the other products in the pipe line. nothing has come out except migranade. to me that is when it seemed that things really started to go down hill. and with Hensley the inventor of emesyl I believe he is still part of the company.
