I hope he really meant it, I hope it wasn't intended to mislead investors, but we will see, and holding money in an escrow account and returning it later is a very interesting thing, accounting tricks can be played until the money is returned, but I hope this isn't the case here, however using the word hope when investing is usually not a good thing, and I've used it multiple times so far
