Another very good article. My guess, and that's all any of us are doing, are your aggressive projections are the most likely.

To me the decline in refills tells a story by itself.

Roughly eighteen thousand new prescriptions have been written in the seventy one weeks since February 2015.

Even the simplest of math indicates refills should be much, much higher than they are now.

Understandably there are factors involved such as patient cost that prohibit people from continuing use. However, they do not explain the seemingly large decline in users of Afrezza.

To my knowledge this is not an issue Mannkind management has addressed.
