Sort of half and half.....they were exercise of options.....it still shows some confidence in the company by insiders. I just don't trust the way this stock trades. When it manages to get to, and stays above, a buck or two....that would certainly indicate confidence by not only insiders, but investors alike. Low priced equities are much easier to manipulate than a $5.00 stock. This company has not only been beaten up....it's been kicked and punched when it was down......fortunately it has not been fatally wounded....there could be light at the end of the tunnel....let's hope it is not the light of an oncoming train (manipulation by miscreants).
