Playboy enterprises was just named in an asbestos law suit in Chicago along with 50 other defendants. Sounds like a frivolous case. Not sure how playboy would be involved unless it was a worker plaintiff working on the playboy mansion in Chicago which had been sold several years ago and had asbestos remediation issues.
