Keep in mind Li owns both entity.

As I stated before, how he choose to deal with left pocket vs right pocket, I assume he follows his accountant guidance.

If Li makes money upon commercialized Amorphous Metal Alloy, LQMT shareholder should prey his accountant will be fair to us.

If Li loses money upon commercialized Amorphous Metal Alloy, it is fair to say he will have a hole in his pocket(s). In that case, LQMT will definitely be worse off (or is it compare to bankruptcy)
