The Nevada SOS must approve any share buyback or other re-distribution of assets as they have rigid financial requirements and a company needs to meet them to qualify...SIML is nowhere near a possible approval and I doubt it will be by Jan 2017...just a desperate hogwash hype IMO.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
