Looks like the Prefer shareholders getting desperate to dump shares. Must need cash. Soon enough will be back to .0001. Once again after they did over last 5 years 2 1 for 1000 r/s. It's always goes back to .0001 on never ending dilution. All anyone had to see that dilution never ends is after the last 1.5 billion r/s they left a/s still at 1.5 billion. This time finally looks like no matter how low they take it not going to sell them all. People have to be blind to buy this again.
