Li "cash preparation" is a great start. It means he is willing to give up all leverage on any further complication between LQMT/EONTEC/APPLE.

I suspect deal has been settled for a while. Li just waited the right time to pull the trigger on Eontec "selling". Who the recipient of the Li shares in Eontec will be very crucial upon the next step of the chess game.
