Hey B3,

Well personally I see it going to .20+ where it was before the lawsuit.

Sales tailed off on the Echoscope in 2013 but military contracts for ColMek and Martech filled in those gaps nicely.

Debt seems to be in better shape now and lawsuit settled and on/off books.

Recently announced they would be working on becoming fully compliant with audited financials etc. and hopefully uplisting.

My gut tells me the creditor is very closely tied to the company and therefore the debt not as significant as it seems on paper. Just my opinion though from personal research.

Company is hoping PPS goes to 1.05, 2.50 and 3.00+ in the next 3-5 years.
