Here's an article on the initial statewide crackdown on May 5: http://www.wbtv.com/story/31898486/ale-and-local-law-enforcement-carry-out-search-warrants-at-local-stores

Several local newspapers report various arrests in the last few weeks that that investigation led to but I still can't find anything on Weber/Fletcher getting busted. Their mugshots should be available. Maybe somebody else can look for a while, I need a break.

Vinelink says Weber and Fletcher were arrested June 20th and processed at the Iredell County Sheriff's office, so that's probably the Statesville "Sister Location" : https://www.co.iredell.nc.us/683/Inmate-Locator

The Statesville paper does show Fletcher's arrest:

» Kenneth Karl Fletcher, 38, of Winborne Drive, Mooresville, not registering video gambling device, $3,500 bond, Statesville Police Department.

All of the equipment would have been seized.

I also just realized that the first article I posted today about this says Weber gave one of the company's who are suing him a bad check. Wanna bet that's the felony check fraud case?
