That is exactly what I mean, but I don't want to hurt Kenneth Maciora's feelings. I'm waiting for the Judges to issue Findings as to whether auditors erred, and whether Signature erred in rejecting his claims of stock ownership.

I hope the CEO does follow through on at least one of their legal options for recourse.
