We have some changes in the Kenneth Maciora v. Signature Stock Transfer Case in Collins County, TX. For new readers, this is one of two cases filed by Kenneth Maciora in an effort to obtain shares of unissued MYEC Common Stock.

Signature now indicates an attorney rather than the previous Pro Se status for Signature. Maciora is still Pro Se. His hearing for his Motion for Discovery Protective Order, scheduled for this morning, appears to be cancelled.
