I'm considering taking a position. Noticed in the latest Q a statement that they may have to increase AS to issue for some remaining convertible debt. At .0006 PPS , and using May 2 numbers for available shares to issue (about 111M), they can cover about $66K more in debt. Whether this moves or not, IMO, is dependent upon how many shares have been or will be issued at a discount to today's PPS. So the question is, how much convertible debt remains after the $100K was eliminated, and how soon (if not already) will it hit the float? ACGX
