Programmed selling with limits, all totally legal.
Best defense only put in low limit buy orders and force the program to come to you instead of teasing you into coming to it. Of course when news comes this changes.
Typical of penny stocks. Take this for what it is worth, but it appears to be the situation here. My opinion only.....
