I forgot: "Window Dressing" time!

Portfolio mgrs are selling losers and buying winners to lock in bonuses.

Bad time to trade (unless shorting), good time to invest if you get near the low.

I should've remembered and noted this seasonality in my EOD considerations.

I guess my two remaining & functional brain cells are swamped.
