That was a LIE!!!!
The federal contract for 2015 was not fulfilled because of its incompetence and inability to import the right sugar. It was returned!!! That means that the contract was voided!!!!

You think if the revenue from the Asian deal was real SoOum would at least have a few dollars leftover to pay for 2015 yearly annual and 2016 quarterly financials.
