My favorite part of the SEC complaint is this:

"In these emails, however, Toups was less focused on finding the truth about the company’s disclosures, and more interested in responding as soon as possible to “bashers” and “attacks from message boards questioning the size of the tank[s].”

A dead giveaway. Anytime a Company officer or director is more concerned with message board posters than running the business, it is a sure sign of a scam.
