A Junior Miner is similar to a small Bio-med stock, for example I owned HGSI a number of years ago, the day before they got phase 4 approval of their drug in 2009/2010(can't remember the exact date I think June of 2009) the executive board was saying in public, I'm sure tomorrow we will have approval for this drug, stock price didn't move. The NEXT day when it was official the stock went from $0.40 to $8.00, people were like," WHY DIDNT I BUY IT AT $0.8 in February WHY!?" And everyone who had some was like, uh I bought it at 8, 20 and 40, because they kept saying we're 10% sure on this. Some people just REALLY REALLY don't like risk.
