Why did NBGGY get hit in late 2015? The stock lost like 97% of its value in 4-5 weeks in November/December. I usually trade crappier OTC stocks that may or may not be real companies, but this stock is actually interesting at such a low pps.

Any clarification would be much appreciated. Cheers!
