And now Jerry will let the stock go quietly into the good night while CM Research and their Subcontractors sit on worthless XNRG stock for the rest of eternity.

XNRG will be revoked for failure to file under the Securities Act of 1934 and CMR and their subcontractors will be aptly rewarded for non disclosing promotion.
