As a common sense we all should know what will usually happen when a OTC stock did a big R/S? 98% of the R/S cases will keep the Same huge AS size in order to dilute the shareholders again which is what a typical "scam" stock did! More than 1% of them even increased the AS size after the R/S which put the shareholders in the worst situation! Only less than l% of them like TYTN would reduce the AS in the Same ratio as the OS did which is the best protection to all the pre-R/S shareholders and it is also why we have the best forever SS here...

If TYTN were a "scam" then we should call all the OTC stocks are "scams" because no any other OTC stock (among thousands of OTC peers) did the best job (Zero Dilution Over Three Years) like the CEO of TYTN did after the R/S!
