Remember the old saying I had rather be lucky than good. The

shorts appear to be covering and how lucky could they be than to

have the market do what it has been doing. If the market hadn't

been taking a hit and IDCC should have finalized the Huawei

license, they would have lost a ton. They are not out of the woods

yet but they feel more comfortable. Let news hit and the stock

be trading over $65.oo and they will be worried. It takes news

to burn them. Hopefully IDCC will get their best in class license

team to get some deals done.
