This is a perfect example of someone that has absolutely no idea how things work, making statements as if they do. Did you bother to look at the date on the filing that you are quoting from? In case you can't find it, its 12-31-15. That's December 31 of last year. It clearly states "AS OF 12-31-15". Do you think its possible that they have issued ANY shares since then? I wouldn't doubt it if they have doubled by now.

When you make statements about things you are not informed about, it serves an injustice to the others on this board.
