I doubt there is really anything left in terms of assets. Plenty of debt, but no assets.

Not that CGFI's assets were really worth anything except for use as a pump and dump. They were certainly worthless for actual mineral exploration and mining. Which is why CGFI was able to get them - no legitimate mineral company wanted them. They were worthless from Day 1.
