Why is the latest reason for not filing is the "legal side" figured out.

It is a absurd notice to think that the KBM lawsuit in some way keeps HJOE from filing - no serious investor believes that nonsense.

All HJOE has to do is put the lawsuit in their filings under legal proceedings.

If the KBM was a real reason for not filing then why is HJOE listed as no current information or the stop sign on OTCM?

If it was a real reason they wouldn't be delinquent.

Adamson is a felon for credit card fraud - he is a lifer at scamming - he also has a judgement against him for selling knock-off luxury purses. No one that isn't underwater and trying desperately to reduce their losses thinks HJOE is a real company.
