You keep posting the POR was "botched" and you stated on saturday you had verified it was "botched" but oddly there is never any DD or facts to prove any of the court documents filed were botched.

Hofmeister's paralegal didn't file the Certificate of Service until the day of the Hearing - no big deal.

Please post any court document where the Judge states, "everything is on the table".

The Judge has already approved the Disclosure Statement - he has granted all of Hofmeister's Motions to Modify Claims such as Expunging the NIR group's unsecured debt of $234,000.

There hasn't been any objections filed with the court concerning the POR.

Som please inform everyone how the Bankruptcy filings were botched and be specific - rather than they were botched - post where the Judge ruled they were "botched". LOLOL!!!
