Oil below 50 scares some, so put in a bid and you may get it.
I read where drilling is back up 25% in the past few weeks in the US. This is absolutely the time to buy if you want this stock.
A few penny stock buyers only buy this to hold for a few days, then they unload even at a loss.
But when you look at the dollars that changes hands it is really nothing. Could be a flipper selling today, the volume was so low. Definitely not a big player.
Only about 2500 dollars....
