That's patently true.

Everything you have mentioned is part of the scam, a well-constructed scam to deceive potential investors. And that is precisely what it accomplished. I do understand that some people here do not have enough information to realize that all that you mentioned was part of the scam. But you were provided with the information. This information showed that less than one third of all the funds provided by investors to run the business went to it. The rest was pilfered. I was only given partial access to the records, being that it appears that the rest was either lost, destroyed or put in some location where these could not be readily accessed by anyone other than BH and some of his close associates or family members.

It would take only a cursory look at this records (which I provide to you years ago) to clearly understand what happened. To put it in simple terms. At most one-third of the funds were used to set-up the scam. The rest went into the pockets of BH, his family and a handful of cronies. BH misrepresented himself in front of the courts, to the stockholders and to numerous government agencies to which, by law, he is supposed to report the truth. He did not.

Unlike many unproductive scam, poorly managed, BH did a first rate job at it. If anything, I am surprised that he has not taken the time to put on a show again. I guess he just got lazier.

Anyway, I now now being sidetracked. So, I will quit.
